Just to update the HF mobile situation, I contacted Bill N2VZ this weekend and explained the problem with the Turbo Tuner. Bill kindly sent me the software and I reflashed the chip today and all is well.
On another note, I'm not going to make any predictions for the weekend about what project I'll tackle, as everytime I do that something interrupts those plans!
Our local club GNARC recently relocated their 70cm Repeater. The coverage is fantastic as I can hear and work the repeater almost all the way around Long Island Sound in my daily 75 mile (one-way) commute! Thanks again to those who made this possible.
