This weekend was the CQ WPX contest. I didn't spend much time operating, but on my 4th (out of 5) contacts I did snag a VK4 from Tasmania! This was on 40 meters (SSB) with my vertical which I consider quite an accomplishment. Actually anytime I work somewhere in the Pacific I feel that way. This was using the Remoterig that I wrote about in the previous post.
