First Post

This is my first attempt at blogging. Most posts will be ham radio or weather related...two of my most active hobbies.

Finally getting back on the satellites, after a layoff of better than 6 months. Mild weather this morning and light winds allowed me to climb up to the roof and check out my feedlines.....and found that the 2 meter feedline wasn't feeding the antenna! Now that that has been reattached, I will be back on the birds schedule permitting.

The other news of the last few days has been a revamping of the Connecticut Skywarn Web Page. Many thanks to Steve K1SJW Connecticut Skywarn D.E.C. for all his input.

Snow is coming, possibly half a foot but certainly shovelable!
