Well in my post on Monday I was hoping they weren't going to play with the power levels but yes, you guessed it, they did! Not much I can do until they settle on a final level.
Today things were poor until just before 4PM when it looked like they bumped the power 1-2db. Much less in the way of missing products. C/N has been between 10-10.5 but as of this writing has dropped to right around the 10.0 mark on average.
I know I'm not going to see a C/N of 14.8 like I have on the DVB signal but 11 would make me happy and 12.0, I'm going to throw a party!
