The "Big Dish" aka Paraclipse has been in service for 19+ years. I was forever going up on the roof to get things "just right". Well, last weekend's storm took its toll on the old "rust bucket". The roof mount is not longer plumb (can't track the satellite arc) and a section of mesh is hanging loose. Its getting to be too much for a short guy to maintain on the roof. Its not the end of C-band for me though. I am going to put a dish on the ground where I can work on it as needed without the high-wire act of going on the roof.
