Noaaport Continued

I just realized that we only have 10 days left in the year 2008 and I haven't been keeping up with the Blog as much as I'd like. The Noaaport System is running well. The windows computer running Weather Message has finally stabilized and isn't crashing nearly as often. Pretty amazing considering all the products that fly through the machine. With all the text products and Satellite images being processed by Weather Message, I'm pretty well set. The text products are used locally with some also sent to my CT Skywarn list. I'm still using the smaller Emwin dish as a backup and that is working out well.

Nothing new to report with ham activities. The ground has frozen and with that any last hopes of finishing the radial installation for the Zero-Five. Sounds like a fine project for the beginning of Spring :)

Now just to find time for the radios.....
